Payment Receiving Preferences

If you have a PayPal Premier or Business account, configure your Payment Receiving Preferences to handle payments automatically. You can convert any payment into your primary currency or block certain types of payments.

Exchange rates has a limit of 32 currencies and update rates is once per day from ECB and use one source EUR, for regular (10 minutes) update use Forex Reference Suite that supports more that 150 currencies and more currency sources. Reference currency rates are obtained from European Central Bank and Other countries Central banks like Deutsche Bundesbank, La Banque de France, De Nederlandsche Bank and etc.
The middle-market exchange rates are calculated using the averages of aggregated (bid and ask) prices offered by the market makers and quotes from financial institutions.

Provides up to date information about the ECP ECB Euro foreign exchange rates.
ECB updates the values daily between 2.15 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. CET
